2. Franchise �Module:
a) You can add unlimited agents.
b) You can allocate packages agent wise.

3. Agent Module:
a) The Super Admin can create agents and provide them username and password through which they can book tours for�customers.
b) Option to print Customer vouchers.
c) Agents will earn a fixed comission on every booking they make. Commission flexible

Customer can login and check packages and cost.

5 . Comprehensive Admin Module:
Admin Module would have following features:
a) Packages: You can add/edit/delete
b)�Costing: You can edit/delete/change cost from here. Which would be displayed on the website.
c) Hotels: You can add/edit/ delete �hotels.
d) Hotel Bookings :
a) After the hotels are added for a particular package we have a hotel booking option in which the hotels,rooms for�customers booking a package under a particular tour and on a specific date can be alloted.
b) Platinum Class and Gold class customers will be provided a level of hospitality according to their class i.e the�hotel civility and tour escort will depend upon the grade or class they choose for their tour. One can make different class�of packages.
e) Bus Bookings :
i) �Bus Bookings module is programmed to offer a lot of flexibility for customer seat bookings.
ii) An 12,18,24 or a 35 seater bus can alloted for a tour and customer seats can be booked depending on their�preference and choice using a real bus seat view display facility in the module.
iii) Later if the number of customers is less in comparison to the alloted bus type, a 35 or any seater bus can be�change to a 24 seater or less.
iv) An option to print Bus chart has been provided which can be handed over to the escort or tour guide.
f) Car Bookings :
i) This option is available only to the platinum class customers.
ii) Number of cars or vehicles can be booked depending upon the number of customers and car details and tour details�can be entered for the same.
ii) Also an option to print Car chart has been provided as in Bus chart Module.
g) Prospective Clients:
a) Booking made through phones are entered into the Prospective Clients Database and once this clients gets converted�into Customers their record is automatically deleted from Prospective Clients database and added to the customer database�also SMS is shot to the clients mobile whose name is being entered through Prospective Clients module.
h) Franchise :
a) The Super Admin can create franchise administrator and provide them username and password through which they can�book tours for customers.
b) A franchise has option to create agents.
c) A franchise will earn different commission depending upon where a booking is made by franchise itselt or through�franchise agent.
d) Option to print Customer Vouchers.
i) Automated Scheduled Emails / SMS:
a) SMS and Emails will be sent to customers for thanking them for booking with tour website, greet them on birthday,�anniversary or festive occassions and send them tour and booking details.
b) SMS and Emails will be sent to hotels for the booking done with them.
c) A report of number of rooms booked, duration of stay and tour booking date will be emailed to hotels through a�trigger that runs daily and tracks the tour date and accordingly mails the report to the hotels on a specified date or�prior�to a certain date.

Master Chart :
a) The Master chart will give a comprehensive picture of all the booking done and for what packages they are done.
b) It will give all the details of agents or franchise by whom the booking is done and will depict each class�separately(Platinum or Gold).
Daily Sales Chart:
a) Daily sales chart will provide insights of what packages are mostly preffered by customers and on what date or�date range the number of booking done.
